     1. Embrace your challenges

    The first step to overcoming any challenge is to first accept it. you have to accept that you can't run from it; you can't give it to someone else. you alone can solve that challenge.

    2. Understand that its just a phase

    Life is filled with ups and downs; problems designed to test and improve you. Understanding this would put you in a better frame of mind to face challenges knowing that benefits awaits you once you conquer it.

    3. Take your time

    A wise man once said "slow is steady, steady is accurate and accurate is fast". Do not try to hurry the process at all. take your time to understand your challenges and prepare the best tactic to overcome them.

    4. Remember your past challenges and count your blessings.

    The number one problem with solving challenges is depression. when you don't get the desired results you tend to get pretty frustrated. This is very normal. To cope with this you must take time off to relax and count your blessings and your previous achievements. You must take time to appreciate how far you have gone in trying to solve the problem. Hit up the guys; call the ladies; go grab a drink and catch-up and believe you would conquer the challenge eventually.

    5. Celebrate your success and also learn from your failures

    Speaking from experience the success of some challenges may appear as failures. But failures are fountains of experience. you must learn to appreciate the knowledge gotten from failures and also appreciate the success also. In time you would realize that most of your successes would not have been possible if you had not failed previously.
