    INTRODUCTION


    Most people do not know how to deal with pain. Pain comes in many different forms, from emotional to physical and mental but the most devastating is emotional pain which most people find hard to deal with. The question which arises is why do people find it hard to deal with pain ? ? ?
    I know right now you are probably thinking of :

    DENIAL
    CONFUSION
    FRUSTRATION
    RELUCTANCE
    EXPECTATION OF OTHERS

    but hold on, maybe you are right; maybe you are wrong; or maybe you are just still holding on to some hurt or pain clouding your judgment. speaking out of experience, pain should be embraced and not denied. by embracing pain we take a bold step to overcome it. most critics would jump at the opportunity to criticize my claims and assumptions about pain, but tell me what is more painful than life; what is more painful than death; what is more painful than a year old child loosing not only his father but the silver spoon? tell me what is more painful than the cry of a mother synchronising with that of her child. cries that turn pain into melodies to morn one who was but no longer is; 23yrs later can you really critices his assumptions of pain? tell me.

    i overcame my pains and tammed it like a wild boar. you could do the same if you just listen some more. its not hard. okay am joking is fycking hard😝😝. there are no shortcuts, only acceptance only the process of tamming your emotions; owning your personality and finding THE CALM
